Real Data's Southeast Apartment Index, which is a composite of apartment rental market conditions in the 19 markets Real Data tracks, reached its lowest levels in the 3rd quarter of 2009. The index tracks occupancies, rent growth, supply growth and demand. The good news is some areas are showing modest improvements in the 4th quarter, but Real Data's forecast remains weak for most markets through 2010.
